Join Lake Tahoe Yoga for this unique experience of self harmonizing and reconnection with nature. An 60 minute guided asana practice with a focus upon balance will help you to develop grace and energetic pacing. Learn to steady the solar and lunar qualities within you through expression and acceptance.
You'll be guided outdoors for an intentional walk through the forest during which you will be offered opportunities to quietly experience the space surrounding you. As you walk, you will mindfully gather items that catch your eye, ears or energy.
Using these items we will create mandala: a symbol of your connection to nature and your Self.

This class is for Moms, family and friends. Join this all level Hatha Yoga practice that will focus upon self care and connection with those you love (including yourself). As with all of Lake Tahoe Yoga's practices, we honor your requests and needs. All ages and abilities are welcome. Join us after the practice for a champagne toast.
