The Beginner Series
Try Yoga without the stress of judgement, concern over how you look, worries about whether or not you are "doing it right."
Begin with five privately booked sessions that include guidance in the practice of movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness as well as specific attention to your own body's needs.
We will work together to address your specific concerns so you can develop an understanding of the practice that will allow you to enter any class at any time and feel confident practicing.
Valid for one person at a time. Sessions begin with a FREE evaluation to identify your needs in both practice and scheduling. All participants will receive free access to our recorded session library.
