Two Session Series Session 1: 30 Minutes Session 2: 60 Minutes $100 Session 1: Identify your Dosha; Individual Nature. Your instructor will help you to evaluate your current and consistent habits and guide you toward physical, breathing and dietary changes you can make in order to reestablish balance.
Session 2: You will be guided through your own individual practice as developed by your teacher.
For those who are new to Yoga or who would like to deepen their practice a Yoga private can help to bring clarity to exactly why we do Yoga. These sessions focus on learning about the philosophy behind Yoga, offer opportunities to ask questions as well as to work deeper into every aspect of our practice. A typical session may include Meditation, more challenging Asana, Pranayama practice, Mantra and more. Remember that the practice is yours.
