Learn to Yoga - 6 Session Series
Learn to practice Yoga at our own pace and from your individual starting point.
We all have different abilities. Learn to practice Yoga poses (Asana), intentional Breathing techniques, understand how to adjust the quality of your energy and deepen your understanding of the practice of Yoga beginning at your beginning.
Over 6, 1-hour long, sessions you will receive individualized attention and practice guidance based upon your knowledge and abilities within the practice of Yoga.
One (1) participant per session. You will be contacted to schedule your sessions.
