Yin Yoga targets the fascia - the deep connective
tissue surrounding our muscle fibers.
Each posture in Yin Yoga is designed to be safely held for 2-5 minutes with the support of
blocks and other equipment.
By taking your body to the edge of discomfort, you will learn the space where true awareness takes place.
Yin Yoga will create an opportunity to find ease in the uneasy, compress/stretch your muscles, and find a deeper awareness within yourself.
About Drew Teller:
Drew is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor who started training in San Francisco, California. With hundreds of hours of group and private 1-on-1 teaching experience, he specializes in bringing meaning, connection, and fun to yoga. Drew sees yoga as a tool that should be made accessible to everyone no matter the body. Drew values curiosity, imperfection, and gratitude. His passions are snowboarding, yoga, traveling, and writing. Originally from Los Angeles, Drew has been going to Lake Tahoe every summer since he was 11 years old. Lake Tahoe is Drew's second home.
