Get your friends together for your own private introductory series. Learn the basics of breathing and movement along side people with whom you are comfortable. Have fun and change your lifestyle!
- Sessions are scheduled at a time that is convenient for your group.
- Up to 10 participants per group.
- Inexperienced practitioners only.
5 Introductory Yoga Sessions
Each session will include:
- Guided Breath
- Physical Movement
- Guided Focus
You will be contacted to schedule your sessions. Please have each member of your group complete a waiver form prior to attending.
