In 2008, serendipity led to the opening of Svadhyaya Yoga Studio.  The studio was created with a focus on self-study and the classes are designed to help practitioners of all ages and abilities find Yoga.

In 2013, the space was expanded and Lake Tahoe Yoga opened it's doors.  Svadhyaya Yoga Studio continues to offer high quality classes in an intimate setting.  The expansion into a larger space has offered the opportunity for the Lake Tahoe Yoga School, RYS 200, to open as well as room for growth.

Join us for any of our daily in-studio practices.  Experience a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Iyengar, Hatha and more.  During the summer months, take advantage of our outdoor classes.  We offer daily Stand Up Paddle Yoga Sessions and Beach Yoga twice a week.

We also specialize in offering individual and group private sessions in our studio or on-location.  Bring together your friends and family with your own private yoga class!
