Welcome to Lake Tahoe Yoga studio. Voted Tahoe's Best and Blue Ribbon Experience Winner, we offer a variety of daily yoga classes including Vinyasa, Yin, Alignment, heated and more. Drop-in anytime, no registration required. Private sessions can be booked for your self or your group. Choose your location to practice: in the studio, on the beach, paddle board or at your location. During the summer months, bring a towel and join us for Beach Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes. Expectant mothers can stay well throughout their pregnancy with our Healthy Mommies class. In our Baby Love class parents practice with their infants. We invite you to "Happy Hour Yoga;" Serene Sips (Yoga + wine) and Poses & Pints (Yoga + beer). These classes are opportunities to enjoy a fun flow and to get to know your fellow yogis. Interested in deepening your practice? Apply for our Yoga Alliance registered school. Join us as we practice Yoga everywhere!
Outdoor Class Changes
As the sun begins to drop earlier each evening, we must use this guide and the weather to guide us in our journey from outside to indoors.

Beach Asana will shift to "Mountain Flow" as of September 30th. Please note that the class time will shift to be 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Our final Paddle Yoga sessions will be held on September 20th & 21st. Please register at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
