Baby Love (M, 11am) - Jenay
A unique partner class for parents and infants. This class is designed to deepen the bond between parent a child. Gentle poses that stretch and strengthen adults are paired with loving holds, gentle inversions and soft caresses. Recommended for children aged up to 1 year.
Healthy Mommies (F, 11am) - Jenay
Re-develop and keep your muscles strong throughout and following pregnancy. Learn how to stay strong while pregnant and continue the practice after pregnancy with poses that encourage use of your legs, arms, core, hips and more. Designed for pre/post-natal moms.
Yoga Storytime (Monthly, F, 5:3pm) - Jenay
Children learn to use Yoga in life. This 1-2 time a month class is for children aged 2+. Each class includes an interactive story that teaches some of the philosophy from Yoga, a short asana practice and an activity. This class is partnered with Happy Hour Yoga so parents can practice free of children.

Happy Hour Yoga (F, 5:30pm) - Staff
Join us on Fridays to prepare for the weekend. This by-donation practice incorporates a fun flow and restorative postures in order to help you clear your head. Following class, sometimes we offer beer, wine and snacks. When partnered with Yoga StoryTime, bring the kids!
Community Classes - Staff
One of the foundations of our studio is developing and supporting our community. In 2008, we coined the term "Community Classes" as a way for us to give back to our community through both inviting in those who cannot afford the regular fees and by offering financial support to businesses in our community. These classes offer everyone the opportunity to try the various styles of practice we offer at the studio. All proceeds collected from Community Classes are donated to non-profits.
Guided Meditation (M, 5pm) - Jenay
For students interested in meditation. Guided by a teacher, you will be provided with verbal direction in meditation to help develop or deepen your practice.
*You may bring comfortable seating of your own.
Mellow Flow (Sun. 8:30am) - Cyndi
Work in rather than working out. Enjoy a slower vinyasa practice that will warm you from the inside-out. Alignment suggestions are few in the class, take your time to listen to your body and move in a safe way.
Length, Strength & Balance (M/F, 9:15am) - Jenay
For practitioners interested in improving their posture, those recovering from recent injury and with specific physical issues on which they would like to focus. This practice is excellent for anyone wishing to refine their practice through increased awareness of the body.
Basic Flow (M/F, 12:30pm) - Jenay
A shorter class designed to fit into your busy schedule. This class jumps right into the Asana. The Vinyasa-style will help you bring up your energy for the rest of the day helping you feel refreshed.
Deep Stretch (W, 9:15am/S, 5:30pm) - Cyndi
Restore, renew, reinvigorate. Deep stretch is a yin-style practice that moves slowly through highly supported poses. Get friendly with your bolster and sink into postures that gently open your muscles, release the fascia and relax tension out of your body.
Yoga Lunchbreak (W, 12:30pm) - Susan
For the beginner, the injured, the "not so sure of yoga" practitioners. Learn the practice in a nurturing environment. Receive the support and tools you need to access the poses. Learn about how yoga can be a part of your life.
How To Yoga (T/Th, 4:30pm) - Jenay
Not sure about Yoga? This beginner class teaches the basics of breathing and moving. Learn the names of the poses and how to connect them together. We will progressively add in new poses and review the basics to help you feel comfortable enough to walk into any class at any studio.
Restore & Revive (T/Th. 5:30pm) - Emily
We combine vinyasa and yin in this after-work day practice. Clear your mind of the day's work by moving through a graceful flow of postures then, renew with postures that allow you to just let go.
Active Flow (M, 5:30pm) - Jenay
A more aggressive approach to Asana; this vinyasa class is designed to warm the body through an active flow of postures. Following in the Jivamukti style, poses are moved through rapidly while more challenging postures are held. Deepen into binds, extend further into back-bends, lengthen through deep twists and learn to flip things upside-down with inversions and backward bends.
*Alignment suggestions are few in this class, new practitioners are recommended to follow basic poses.
Rise & Shine (T/Th. 7am) - Shannon
Begin your day with an open body and mind. Taught in the style of Hatha, this class builds using breath and movement. You will warm your body through a graceful flow of postures that will help you awaken and prepare for your day.
Beach Asana (T/Th. 5:45pm) - Jenay
Refine your balance, learn to do inversions and challenge your focus. During the summer months, as long as the weather is nice. You'll learn to improve not only your Asana practice but also your ability to be patient with your self.
*Come prepared: bring a beach towel, warm clothing and water. Meet on the North end of Nevada Beach. Look for the string of cakra flags (rainbow-colored) $15 drop-in fee, cash/check only.
Vibrant Vinyasa (Sat., 8:30am) - Jenn
Energize your body and mind with a morning vinyasa practice. During this moderately paced class, you will be guided through a series of interconnected postures that will help you to warm up your body through movement and directed breath. Practitioners will be supported through physical adjustment and encouraged to use tools to access the postures in new ways.
